SAMPLE: CHEST 
QUICK STRENGTH METHOD

2 exercises (superset) done back to back without stopping.

In this example:

1. The Dynamic move is a DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS. 12 reps

Immediately to:

2. A STATC ISOMETRIC PUSH UP HOLD. From Ground to Full extension. 2 second stops at 5 or 6 points!


Rest 30 seconds between sets. 3 sets minimum. For beginners this would be your chest workout!
