ISOMETRIC OBSERVATIONS

After 2 1/2 years of experimenting with Free Weight & Isometric combinations. I have found that the best WEIGHT LOSS/Muscle building program for me was the following:



*12-30 second Static Holds, Wasting time: Anything over 20 seconds does NOT work the muscle properly

*Combining Isometrics with Dynamic Full sets with Dumbbells or Bands, is the best of both worlds. (HYSOMETRICS)

*Isometrics Alone will NOT build muscle size. A Combination of weights, holds and bands must be used.

*Isometric Holds will burn double the calories as a free weight exercise.

*OVERCOMING Isometric HOLDS ONLY will build around 30% more strength for REAL LIFE!

*Isometric Holds will help Injury recovery faster than PT.

*People Over 50 years old should workout 3 times per week to compensate for muscle loss.
