This is also the perfect workout for those with injuries or those over fifty. Switching to a 3 day a week workout when over fifty will help you maintain most of your muscle gains. Each Workout can be done in thirty minutes or less!
1 day Per Week - Pure Strength Builder and Fat Burn
ISO STRONG: (HIGH INTENSITY)
TSC Timed Static Contraction
OVERCOMING 100% Effort x 3 sets @20Sec. HOLD timed, hold 1 angle (using timer)
Rest 30 seconds between sets.
Rest 30 seconds between sets.
ISO BOW, Chain, ISO STRAP, Rope, Machine Locked
2 Different Exercises
&
DYNAMIC x 2 sets @5-10 reps HALF SPEED MOVEMENT!!
Superset Overcoming to Dynamic Option for fat burn.

20, 90 & 120 degrees

2 Dynamic sets weight, dumbbell or machine 8-10reps
Isometric immediately to Dynamic Set..Then 30 second rest.
