ANOTHER UPPER BACK/REAR DELT ISOMETRIC MOVE..BACK WIDOW

 Upper Back/Rear Delt strength is VITAL for correct posture and sore necks.

Many of us spend HOURS on the computer. This exercise will keep your upper back strong and help eliminate poor posture!

Lying flat. Elbows tucked. Attempt to PUSH elbows into the floor raising your upper torso.Keeping your butt on the floor. Squeeze shoulder blades at the top for lower trap activation. HOLD 10 Seconds. Then back down.
