THE 'PERFECT' SHOULDER/UPPER BACK/NECK EXERCISE.




 The Face Pull is an Exercise you can do EVERYDAY. It helps strengthen the Upper Back, will increase your posture, Strengthen neck muscles and Give you strength in your upper back. I call it the 'PERFECT' Exercise to do daily. The difference here is that I like to do FACE PULLS as an ISOMETRIC MOVE.

2 sets per day 12 second holds

Proper Hand and arm position:
