ISOMETRIC PUSH UP HOLD!

An isometric pushup hold is a bodyweight exercise that involves holding a static position in the push-up position. Here are the steps to perform an isometric push-up hold:

  1. Start in a high plank position, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet together.
  2. Lower your body until your chest is just above the ground, but do not complete the push-up motion.
  3. Hold this position, with your arms and core engaged and your body in a straight line, for a specified amount of time.
  4. Slowly release the hold and return to the starting position.

Isometric push-up holds can be a challenging exercise, as they require strength and endurance in your arms, shoulders, chest, and core. It's important to maintain proper form throughout the exercise, keeping your body in a straight line and avoiding sagging or arching your back. It's also recommended to start with shorter hold times and gradually work up to longer holds as you build strength and endurance.
