Muscles we USE the Most EVERYDAY!

  4. Abdominals: These are the muscles located in the stomach area that are used for posture, stability, and movement.

  5. Chest muscles: These are the muscles located in the chest area that are used for activities such as pushing, pulling, and lifting.

  6. Back muscles: These are the muscles located in the back that are used for posture, stability, and movement.

  7. Biceps and triceps: These are the muscles located in the upper arm that are used for activities such as lifting, pushing, and pulling.
